This constitutes acceptance of your order by YV.DELLOYE, thus indicating the existence of a sales contract.

YV.DELLOYE will keep information concerning each order and customer information.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS

Free exchanges and returns within 14 days of delivery.

REPAYMENT CONDITIONS

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your purchase for an exchange or refund.
To be exchanged or refunded :

• The creations must have been purchased on the www.yvdelloye.com website.
• Creations must be in perfect condition.
  They must not have been worn, damaged or soiled.
• In the case of a return, the creation must be returned in its original case, also in perfect condition.
• In the event of an exchange or refund, the cost of shipping the parcel will be borne by the customer.
  We advise you to use secure shipping and to send us the tracking information by e-mail.
  Please send your returns to Yv.Delloye – 99 rue de Vaugirard – 75006 paris.
• Yv.Delloye cannot be held responsible if a parcel is lost and reserves the right not to exchange or refund a product.
• No exchange or refund will be made until the product has been received and checked.
• Custom-made creations are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

DELIVERY DEADLINES

Jewelry available in stock is delivered within 5 working days.
Jewelry not in stock is made to order in our Parisian jewelry workshop.
Please allow an average of 4 to 6 weeks between placing your order on our website and receiving your parcel at home.
You will receive all the information you need to track your parcel by e-mail.

DELIVERY CHARGES

You will be charged delivery costs for all orders delivered to your home.
The amount appears at the bottom of your invoice.
These costs are calculated according to the delivery address and the option chosen (standard / express).

FREE PICK-UP BY APPOINTMENT IN PARIS

You can collect your order, by appointment only, from the YVES DELLOYE showroom – located in the 6th arrondissement of Paris.
To do so, simply tick the “showroom pick-up” delivery option.
